Workshop: Network Biology/Integromics Bioinformatics – Applications Towards Medicine

Event Details

During this workshop, world leading experts in the field will discuss how network science meets ‘omics data, give an introduction to graph theory, an overview of different types of biological networks and present integromics approaches for complex disease analysis.

Confirmed speakers include Albert-László Barabási, João Pedro de Magalhães and Alfonso Valencia, as well as several other excellent scientists.

The workshop is organised into plenary sessions from morning to afternoon, followed by hands-on sessions using computational tools such as R/Bioconductor and Cytoscape for network analysis.
