Mariyam Khan – New PhD Student

Mariyam Khan is a new PhD student in the Michoel group at the Department of Informatics. Mariyam has a master degree in Mathematical Data Science from the University of Göttingen and will work on the NFR funded project “Intelligent systems for personalized and precise risk prediction and diagnosis of non-communicable diseases”. The aim of her PhD is to develop new machine learning methods for reconstructing causal gene networks from multi-omics data.
