Jakub Vašíček
Jakub joined our team for a PhD in 2021 thanks to the support of the University of Bergen. He is working on tailoring omics analyses to patient profiles and on the visualization of complex health data.

PhD students

Ksenia Kuznetsova
Ksenia joined our team as a post-doc in 2022 thanks to the support of the Norwegian Research Council. She is working on the design of proteogenomic assays to distinguish different forms of pediatric diabetes.

Hanna Balaka
Hanna joined our team as a data scientist in 2022 thanks to the support of the Meltzerfondet. She is working on the design of interactive web interfaces for the modelling and navigation of health data.

Master students

Lorensha Naidoo
Lorensha joined our team as a Master student in 2022 from the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa). She is working on the detectability of genes and proteins of interest in Norwegian diabetes registries.
